    After a bit of research, this is mostly true, cant argue that. But you will still need to make sure you can convince a jury that you were going to be unable to recover your property otherwise. So if you shoot a guy in the act and did not have a chance to tell him to stop or hand it over or you will fire, you can still find yourself in a hole.

    Unfortunately I had the same thing done to my 1st Gen. I did get a cat guard but they're expensive and if someone really wants your cat, he'll get it regardless
