Brake lights headlights and turn signals all work. However the corner lights on the front dont work and the running tail lights dont work . Any ideas would be helpful . I'm guessing a fuse or relay ?

Do you have a towing light pack?

Check all fuses and bulbs first but the towing lights modules create weird light issues when they crap out.

It appears that green wire going into the towing pack is broke . Could that be it ? If so how do I go about that ?

There is a black box that is the towing lights module probably under drivers seat not the plug on rear bumper.

Not all tacomas have that. Most will have the "plug and play" towing harness that plug in behind the taillights

I suggest removing the taillights and unplugging those connectors and reattaching the taillights. Do this to remove the trailer harness from the equation. If you still have problems then you can start looking at the stock circuit.
