Only 2. Pretty sure only one set needs replaced (set being 1 single nut and bolt). So in other words only one lug will need to be replaced

I've been running these front and rear for a year and a half and ~35k miles with no issues: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D755775 - you'll need the extended lug nuts too.

The backspacing on the stock SR5 rims is so shallow that my 33s rubbed on my shock tower without them. It was either the above or get new rims. Spacers are way cheaper and just as effective when installed right. :)

I wonder if these would help with my rubbing issue? CMC has been done properly this time by @marinemonkey but I really don't want to start cutting the pinch welds if these would fix it.

I still rub with my 33s after CMC and smashing the pinch welds. Don't cut em, get the big fuckin hammer and beat them flat.

I don't rub on the pinch weld or CMC, I rub on the plastic fender flares now. It's only when I'm halfway turned and stuffing a tire, so I live with it.

Does anyone here have their sway bar hardware sitting around? I know a lot of folks remove them, my DD Taco needs a new(er) set of links/bushings. Figured I’d be green and try to recycle first. Hahaha.

@Built2Ride new piston for sure. Housing has some scaring on it at very top. What you think, replace or will it work? That valve did a number on the piston, it broke the keepers and all holding the valve in. Valve is in about 10 pieces

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Jeez that valve did a number.
I will show this to my buddy regarding replacement.
I would if it were me. But then I am a freak about maintenance

Energy Suspension sells replacement bushings that I hear good things about. If you have the mounting hardware and just need bushings, I'd go that route.

I looked it up. If she(@rkam65) is living in Haines, AK, then she is roughly 750 miles from the area that the bus was originally located in Healy AK.

I knew it started with an H, but couldn't remember where. Yeah, that looks like quite a trek just to see an abandoned bus where some dude died over 20 years ago.

Would still be cool to find though.

I hadn't read into the wild before my road trip and fairly certain I drove down the Stampede trail because I randomly found it and looked cool. There were tons of hunters, a good amount of water crossings, old bridges and heavy machinery with homestead looking places along the trail. Google says the bus was 28 miles back, I probably only went 10ish before turning around. Wish I would've known although the trail started to get worse the further you went.

Fairbanks City Transit System Bus 142 is an abandoned 1946 International Harvester K-5 that is parked in a clearing along the Stampede Trail near Denali National Park. ... Bus 142 had a broken rear axle, which caused the crew to leave it where it now serves as a backcountry shelter for hunters, trappers, and visitors.

As far as I can find, it is still there.

IIRC this is a little ways after Stampede turns into more of a trail from a road and Denali is hidden in the clouds. I only caught a partial glimpse of it while I was there.

One of the many machines as you get further back on the trail.
