I purchased the TRD PRO grill from them, along with the amber grill lights they were offering. Fast forward 7+ months and two of the lights stopped working, and now the center Toyota grill emblem lost one of the O letters in the grill. When I contacted them regarding the lights, they offered me a discount code for a new pair instead of replacing them. I ordered the newer style, smoked lens amber lights and installed them a couple weeks ago.

After this weekends rain storm on Saturday, and driving home in the rain, I noticed moisture inside the new lenses. I reached out to them via email on Sunday regarding the grill issue, and haven’t heard anything back on Monday or today. I’ll also be contacting them now regarding the lights as well. Be ware, their products seem to be cheap quality and you may have issues also.
Hopefully they see this, and do the right thing, because they haven’t returned my emails and do not provide a phone number to call. @ToyotaProShop

Here’s the pictures of the latest set of LED lights I received from them. Buyer beware

I'll play devil's advocate here. 7 months for a chinese grill isn't too bad, not to mention oftentimes the letters are sent uninstalled and so the purchaser has to screw them into the grill. The mounting holes for the screws to the grill are pretty sensitive on these cheap grills (I should know, I snapped two and had to jbweld them back on). So if you installed the letters yourself it can possibly be on you and not them.

As for the grill lights, well....they are also cheap chinese stuff. We will see what resolution does or doesn't come around.

OP. I was in a similar situation. With a different company.

    what I’ve learned :

you get what you pay for. And that’s it. Spend cheap expect cheap.

I did the whole post , and put the company on blast. It’s just not worth it dude. I got a huge wake up call from the TW community...

I get the frustration. But take it as a lesson learned.

I hope it turns around for you.

As for the grill logo, it’s not the entire “Toyota” insert that is the issue, one of the raised plastic O’s fell out of the center piece itself.

I’m looking into possibly removing the other letter pieces and finding some good quality vinyl lettering to replace it with instead of purchasing a whole new grill at the moment

It’s a knock-off grill, I can see how it wouldn’t be up to OEM standards and your expectations. Sometimes... well pretty much every time I’ve bought the cheaper option first I’ve had to unass the money and buy the real deal after unsatisfactory results. I learned my lesson and now I just go for the real deal the first go around.

Someone from @ToyotaProShop did get back to me yesterday, and they’re going to send me replacements. Took nearly a week to get a response, but happy now that they’re taking care of the issue. But I do agree with the last comment, it’ll be be better to just go OEM from the get go.

So, here’s the update.... I received the new Toyota center emblem yesterday. It was raining again here yesterday, so I went to install it today only to find out that the mounting holes don’t line up. Here we go again with these clowns. I’d strongly suggest not buying this aftermarket crap they sell, and go with the OEM Toyota parts as suggested above.

Guess I’ll be taking their Jerry rigged suggestion and trying to epoxy it in place, and see if it lasts while I go order one from the Toyota dealership.

All of our items come with a 60 day warranty for any defects or issues. The grill that you received lasted almost a year and the only issue that you had was the letter "O" falling off due to not being secured properly. In any case, we sent you a whole new insert for free in order to remedy the issue even though you were well beyond your warranty period. I apologize for the plate not being exactly the same but these grills have been updated since then because of previous issues and the original inserts are no longer available. We have gone above and beyond to make sure that you were well taken care of and even eating the cost of a new insert to solve your problem.

I’m glad to see that @ToyotaProShop finally responds. But something that was purchased at the end of March ‘19 then received and installed in April ‘19 should last longer than a year !! I’m moving on and purchasing an OEM grill for my truck. I’m just letting my fellow Tacoma owners know to be cautious about purchasing this overseas junk and apply their hard earned money to something that will last !

So, you went through the same thing with another company you stated, you weren’t pissed ?
I also mentioned, that I was going to go buy an original now, so no, I’m not the “fucking worst” so you can pucker up and kiss my @$$ as well, if you have a problem with me warning other members here to be cautious on what they buy.
