2010 Tacoma sr5 4x4 v6

Cold air intake , 130 amp alternator

Please help would a vaccum on my cold air intake cause this n , my rear end was locking up my one tire but I just smash the gas n it chirped n shit but fine free itself after hitting the gas now its runs fine bit also still got lights on
