I have some Extended travel shocks that clunk/chatter, you can feel it through the floor board, however if you install my old 6112's or the OEM Tacoma shocks the sounds goes away. I have double checked that everything is tight, I have even completely removed the sway bar and the sound persist. They have even been back to the Manufacture for a complete service so I don't think the Nitro is low or anything. Any ideas? I'm at a complete loss. This has become pretty stressful. Thanks

If you had someone install it then take it back to them. If you did it yourself and unsure remove and check install from start to see what may be wrong. Something could even be binding causing that.

Strap a gopro or some other camera under there and go recreate the clunk. Then check video.

New aftermarket UCA’s? Inspected for rubbing (marks)?

No rubbing marks anywhere. I thought It could be making contact with the hose but It is not. It makes the clunking at low speed bumps 15-30 MPH the most. So its not a full droop issue, which I checked anyways. I thought maybe my LCA's bushings or cam bolts seizing but they seem fine and why would the other struts that are about the same length cause no noise?

Edit: This is why even though the Manufacture swears they checked every nut and bolt on the internals. I feel like they had to miss something. It seems like something internal to the shock. But I'm up for final suggestions that make sense

If you didn't re-mount your sway bar (or toss it in the trash). It might be hitting your new shocks...

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Top hat set up correctly? If they aren't one piece at the top, you might have one of the washers moving around. I had that on my old set up as well... Wore a hole over time through the top washer and mounting plate.

What do you mean? this is a new one. It is two pieces (bolt and washer X3) but it is torqued down to what they say
