    Hey everyone, aloftin7 here, I just bought a 16 Tacoma acc cab sr5 2.7 with a manual from a salvage auction for 9,500 and I just saw it for the first time yesterday and I immediately got to work on it! This is my first truck I’ve owned and frankly even driven. My other vehicles are a 97 Miata and a 12 Suzuki Tu250x retro/future build so a truck is pretty different. Ok about the truck, I found it at Copart in DC and it was cleannnnn. 32k miles, Manual SR5. The damage on it was very limited, only bumper cover, crash bar, head lights, and driver side fender were damaged. The entire front end was disassembled so I was imagining the worst but every structural piece was intact and is already installed again, just need cosmetic body pieces and headlights and it back on the road.     Already bought the pro tuning lab sequential turn led lights and will eventually get one of the knock off 80$ eBay trd grille (like the FJ (side story: I used to have a 14 fj but totaled it by sinking it in a river off-roading, good thing USAA know that FJs don’t loss their value) but an after market bumper is like 1000+ and I’m trying to do the entire rebuild for under 1000. It’s hard buying expensive upgrades on a college budget! :annoyed:

    Allstate totaled it in MD under a <75% loss salvage title. The guys name was on the Bluetooth still (and it’s quite a unique name) so I’m going to attempt to contact him over Facebook, I’ll update if he responds
