first perf. mods for a 2010 access I4 5 sp manual

    2010 SR5 access cab, silver
    Just got this 3-4 months ago. Was going to upgrade to a V6 6sp. manual but backed off when I saw the 15mpg combined mileage.

    What perf. mod should I make first on this vehicle? I'd like a little more power, improve handling, brakes....

    Are there racks to carry extra stuff?
