Good Job man! I am jelly! I need to make time for more running again. Work schedules make it hard... but that is an excuse... I need to add it to my diet.

 

Ha well get there. I just need to clean my diet up more like you. Next weigh in for me is next week. I check every 2 weeks lol

 

I hear ya bro. Sometimes on call I get no sleep. Several days in a row.

It's a struggle but we do it because we care. And want to succeed.

Maybe potatoes isn't as serious as healthy issues(obviously your job is more needed) but we do it cuz we want to help and move forward at the end of the day.

Lack of sleep does make it harder to realize that fact in the moment tho. For sure.
