    Where can I get replacement pads for my OME EL095R?
    Had my truck on the lift on Saturday and noticed that two on the driver side were missing.
    They weren't on the floor so they must've came out during driving?

    I contacted headstrong offroad and found out you can buy a pack of 4 for $13.
    I bought two packs just to have extra.

    Gotta be careful putting them in. The pads can slip out pretty easily until the springs are under tension. When I installed mine I caught some of them falling out twice. It would be a royal PITA to notice one on the ground after the install was done.

    Another thing - these pads all invariably squeak like mad on the Dakars. Use Motorkote in a spray bottle and you'll have the quietest Tacoma in the county! No joke.

    My spring pads arrived yesterday, they are yellow, the original ones are black, going to install them as soon as possible.

    Mine came with the yellow ones. Squeaky bastards. Grease them up now and then let me know when you break down and buy some Motorkote :thumbsup:

    Haven't installed them yet. Maybe next Saturday, I also need to replace my R/F wheel bearing also.

    I should add, my leafs do not squeak. I do however have two pads missing on the driver side leaf. They go between the main and second leafs.

    I replaced my missing pads yesterday. Turns out that the springs were in fact making noise. It was only when I drove it that I didn't hear the groaning noise over certain bumps that I though was coming from the front.
    I put a little Super Lube on the pads before installing them.

    A little something I just found out. Hopefully this was an anomaly and not the norm. I just installed brand new Dakar EL095R and the anti-squeak pads are almost bone dry. There is not much grease in them.

    I made the time today to shoot down my Dakar leafs with the pressure washer today... Low and behold, a bunch of gunk and gravel came out and that irritating squeak is actually gone (for now). Hopefully it’ll stay gone for awhile. If you have a pressure washer, it’s definitely worth a try.
