    So I order my set of new presale hybrid wheels from RRW back in Nov29, and on their website they stated that presale sales would deliver in end of December and mid Jan of 2020 , and I still haven’t receive my tracking number for my order , any time I contact them by email or by phone, they are keep saying that they are gonna deliver it soon. I don’t recommend to buy anything from this company as I had my worst customer service shopping online.

    UPDATE;

    Finally they delivered my pkg. , and no there was no refund. Still not happy with the experience the wheels are nice, will upload pictures Thursday or Friday, I bought plenty parts for my Tacoma( eibach, dirt king, ome, and etc... , I’ve never had this much stress over my other parts.
    Definitely not going to buy any parts from RRW , ...
    And those couple of you that say I didn’t update, that’s because NOTHING happened lol, they just delivered my pkg yesterday, and there was no communication between me and vendor, after sending 100000 emails and ignoring my emails , I’m not going to contact small wheels company, that doesn’t know how to treat their customers.B5E625A8-5304-4139-832D-D35F66F4663E.jpg

    They probably just sold way more on their sale than they expected. I figure anytime there is a big range in dates for the estimated shipping dates that you give at least an extra couple weeks. I wouldn't sweat it til at least mid Feb honestly. I know it sucks, but you prolly still have wheels on your truck, and the new wheels will still look cool for a long time to come. And dang, $450 off is quite the rebate (per your post in the what have you done to your 2nd gen thread).

    They keep delaying it when I contact them , that’s the issue I have and I still paid 650$ for set , 650$ is not free money and when a company sell you a product and give you certain dates to deliver, they are responsible for Their own claim , if they got too many orders , they could email to customer and inform them about it. , they didn’t do that at all. I have to follow up every week at this time.

    Be nice if he would update the thread though, so others would know if the situation was resolved to his satisfaction. Especially considering his complaints.....

    This thread shouldn't have been created unless OP wasn't hearing back at all or if they refused a refund.

    Shameful for anyone who would stoop to such "it's all about me!" behavior.

    Still time for the OP to come on here and fill us in.... or chew us out.... or whatever.

    I ordered mine in July, they got delayed several times. I just got them last week. It seems as though the issue was out of their control. They were nothing but helpful and informative on the issue with me, but it was certainly aggravating at points. They upgraded me to the newer higher quality models that came at the new more expensive price. I love them!20200130_144630.jpg

    I am reading this post and frankly the seller is at fault for not communicating. Ignore your emails, phone calls until it all collapses demonstrates poor and weak business practices. There are no excuses in business. Just honesty. Frankly if a vendor fails to produce I call them and tell them. If I receive the cold shoulder from a vendor then the next call is to my credit card to file a complaint and to ask for a refund. No great deal is worth getting screwed for any reason. In todays day of deplorable customer service, people are on guard and their minds automatically go to the worst place even though they may be wrong. Too late the damage is done.

    Promise what you do and do what you promise or get off your ass and communicate the problem. Do that and 95% of customers will work with you. Turtling makes customers nervous and they post on forums and Facebook and Instagram which makes many more potential customers very nervous.

    FYI- I'm not in the market for rims but if that changes this company is now on my radar to avoid unless I read there has been a redemption and a consistent change moving forward. Kinda like buying on eBay and the seller has too many negative feedbacks a year ago but has cleaned up and since then all positives.

    There was a time when they did offer service that was absolutely amazing. I went online before their shit show, ordered up everything I needed and 3 days later picked up a box full of goodies. Then shortly later they decided to screw everyone of there customer base. It's still and always will be a very very messed up thing they did to us. It took me a year to finally get a rear bumper.

    Exactly!!!!! People expect way to much from everyone else. Things happen in life.

    The fact that the OP made such a huge deal out of it. Then couldn't bother to come back and update us, says it all!!
