Hey Guys wondering if someone could give me some insight on this lift for a 2004 base 4wd. Truck clears 33in tires with no issues.

Previous owner bought the truck as is with no info on modifications. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like some kind of bracket lift could be 4-6in with that massive spacer.

Yes, definitely a drop bracket kit. No markings or stamping that would lead me to any mfg.

Shocks have “Explorer” stamping which is pushing me to say Pro Comp, but looking for some confirmation.

That's one of those dreaded ball joint spacer lifts. There are worse designs, but those aren't sold anymore. This style is the cheapest design you can still buy. Rough Country or Tuff County, I think. They both are pretty much bottom of the barrel as far as quality... I don't think Pro Comp does a balljoint spacer style lift.

What are your concerns with it?

If you do, or plan to do, any sort of decent off roading with it, beyond driving down gravel roads, I'd look into chucking it and going to a 3" or less lift (will still clear 33's with a light application of a hammer), but you'll likely need to have the crossmember that was cut out for this lift replaced. 3" is overall a better lift, as you have a lower center of gravity, but can still clear those 33's, and for the same price as a comaprable 6" lift, you can get WAY better coilovers, and don't use blocks for the rear lift.
