    1999 blue Tacoma 4x4
    We have a 1999 Tacoma 4x4 extended cab long bed 4 cylinder automatic. We purchased it used in 2003 for around $15,000. Mileage then was around 28,000 and it currently sits at 120,000. We used to camp with it with a Four Wheel Camper model Eagle but the truck didn’t have the braking or acceleration needed for climbing our passes. We currently use it as our going to town truck to get supplies. We also cut firewood on USFS land and drive what few logging roads are open locally. We joined to find out more about accessories and maintenance. Looking forward to reading trip reports (bigger camper and truck). Thank-you.
