    Should you regear: always a good idea to match your gears to your tire size.

    Do you need to: totally up to you, the truck will be fine with that setup.

    You may or may not suffer slower acceleration times and MPG loss but that never stopped me from going up and up in sizes.

    My personal opinion would be to not worry about it and enjoy your truck the way you want it!
