Not sure if you'd know but do you think I would get a slight lift by using the 2018 TRD OR leafs on my 2009 TRD Sport. They are both 3 plus 1 and thickness looks the same. I'm hoping the 2018's being newer and stiffer I'll get at least 3/4- 1 inch in lift.

I ended up going very mild with my lift and used the 5100's up front set at "0" with the 3rd Gen coil (which did give me about an inch lift) and also had the 3rd Gen leafs installed with 5100's for the rear which gave me about 3/4 inch increase.
Looks kinda leveled but now i'm thinking I should have raised the rear even an inch higher. I read somewhere that to get a slight lift on the rears but maintain the stock comfort when driving that I should use a block instead of AAL. What do you think? Any experience in that dept?IMG_4227.jpg

Just about any vehicle rides better with actual leafs over using a block.

Go for a 3 pack progressive Add-a-leaf is from Headstrong. You can have it give 2+ inches which isn’t too extreme.

Can someone explain why putting a block under the leaf spring makes it ride worse?
