Hello every one. So for about the 4 months or so on my 2019 TRD Off-road 4dr there is the most annoying door squeak that comes from the drivers side rear door. It sounds like the typical rubber molding squeak one can hear on older cars. So I cleaned all rubber moldings and sprayed them with silicone spray. This did nothing, so I used Wurth Silicone Lubricating Compound that I get from work. Hoping that actual silicone lubricating compound instead of spray would be better, again this did nothing. It is the most annoying squeak and does it over every effing bump, pot hole, imperfection in the road etc. Imagine driving down the road and having this damn squeak, squeakity, squeak, squeak going on constantly in your ear coming from behind you. It drives me frikin nuts, to have a brand new truck squeaking like this. Then again it would drive me nuts to have a 60 year car do this as well, yet I digress.

So one day in-between rain sessions (because Seattle) I washed dirty pig and the squeak went away for about 2 weeks. So I thought to myself.."hmm must be road grim build up getting on the door seals some how." After about 4 weeks of not washing and getting all dirty from rain, and road grim, on a clear day I wash it again (because it had reached its limit if acceptable dirtyness) thinking this will make the squeak go away as well.

Well it didn't, this squeak is driving absolute bonkers, has anyone else had this issue with their 3rd gens, or is it just my "OCD" at work. I wouldn't care if I was out off-roading or camping because it is kind of to be expected, but everyday city commuting, hell no. Yes I have checked the storage bins under the rear seat and behind the rear back rest, and everything is still it's place. I'm about to take it to the stealership and bitch about it (which is a hard thing for me to do considering I have been an automotive tech for over 20 years and work on my own vehicles). I will say this, it doesn't do it once I am on nice smooth roads, so I know it's bump/ body flex related. Any thoughts, and suggestions would be greatly welcomed. Cheers.

You’ll get mixed results, but noises like that are covered under warranty

Is it a door squeak or a body bushing squeak? I would check the body bushing below that door.
