Hi all! Just finished my build on my custom 2020 off-road. Lifted it 3 inches and was able to put 32 inch tires on. This of course threw this speedometer off by about 10% or so. It is also made acceleration feel not as smooth. My local truck shop says there is no calibration computers available for even the 2019 models. Has anybody figured a workaround for this? I've done the navigation adjustment and calibration through the dash screen but that didn't work.

This should be able to be calibrated. If Toyota cant I would think another shop could do it.

Odometer won’t be correct but you can stop watch yourself on the highway, most have mile markers or law enforcement marked in miles. There is a chart somewhere to convert, keep you from donating to revenue enhancement funds till you find a shop that can do it

I have the hypertech inline calibrator. Works fine. I don’t see why it won’t work with a 2019. A 2020, maybe not since those have some diff features.

    Working on them
From another Forum That I subscribe to there has been some good reviews for the Yellow Box speedometer calibrator and that they have a very simple Plug and Play unit that cost $110.85 and is much easier to use than so many of the other units out there (Version 5 with custom plug and play) I am getting one for my Toyota Tundra and have asked if they will work with the Tacoma 4 x 4 with the 6 Speed Manual Transmission so when I get mine I will update one this. Below are 2 pictures that @darkness from the Tundra Forum posted with his results, Only thing I will do different is to seal up the wires going into the plugs for the sensor. it looks like he did a great job of it and a very good write up on it. < https://www.yellr.com/ > remember the plug and play is version 5 email them first with the details of your truck, bike or whatever....
