PO418 code questions

    Bilstein 5100,Toytec AAL, AFE Drop in, All-Pro Slider general Ham radio license with radio setup in truck. Differental Air Breather Mod 2lo Mod ATO Dual batteries setup Optima red and yellow top batteries Rigid industries dually spots on window posts Fog lights,OTRATTW switches with Iggy's panel. Rear floods on Thule heavy duty truck ladder rack with half basket. 4.56 gears. Level 8 wheels.
    Ok, got a PO418 code.☹️ Took out the secondary air pump and checks, working fine. 4cly. 2009 AC BASE MODEL. Not getting any voltage to the pump that I can tell. Is the voltage constant or does it send when needed? Checked all the fuses that I think are related. Not sure from searching which relay is related. Checked hoses and wires, nothing apparent. No limp mode or issues other than the check engine light. No codes such as P244x that would be related. Have not checked the voltageto the solenoid yet. Any leads or help would be greatly appreciated!
