    I don't. But I like where I end up after hiking, so I deal with it.

    @JLee i have a weird question..

    in the spring, i plan on cutting these out of the rack, and adding in straight tubes :pout: (because my RTT attachment points are too close to the angles)

    but my question is, do you think I could notch these, and weld them to the rack to use as the legs going to the bed bolts? My rack is different because Im using a SB rack on a LB, so your leg option would not have worked.

    I lost track thousands of dollars ago.

    No clue if they would work as you said having the short bed rack on a long bed the dimensions are off. That's something you will have to figure out as you go.

    Why don’t you just leave those angled tubes alone and weld in straight tubes where you want them? Might be less work.

    Just keep an eye on it and if it starts making any noise, replace it asap. I had this noise coming from the front for about 48 hours that I couldn't peg. Sounded like a pissed off cat. Well after 48 hours, this is what happened. I had just driven 2 hours to go wheeling, and was fueling up right beforehand. Did my usual once over and noticed that the pulley was barely hanging on. I thought "ok cool I'll pull over into those spots and fix it." Went to start the truck and instantly heard a THUNK. So shut it off and pushed the truck over. Auto parts store a couple min away had one and I fixed it in the gas station parking lot.

    You still have the auto parts pulley installed? Or switched it all to OEM?

    Camelback doesn’t respond to anything anymore. I’ll need an Toyota parts source. @fatfurious2 uiu seem to know everyone. Where can I order Toyota OEM parts?

    I replaced it all with oem. And I recently bought an OEM steering rack from McGeorge Toyota and they had the best price by far. I'd look there.

    Where my tent mounts is irght in the corner of where the bent tubes connect to the cross bars.. if that makes sense. I want to be able to move the tent to one side when i install my awning brackets too

    I still have the automatic one. Still like it. I thought about the new FSR one, but im not a fan of how it opens. I do like the roof rack on it
