So I recently supercharged my 2010 X-Runner. Its been about a month that I've had it on. Truck has 141,000 miles. Everything was fine until last week and I was leaving work and it was very hard to get into gear but still possible with much effort. The transmission can go into gear easily with the truck off, but while its running it was very difficult to get in gear. The next day it got worse. I checked the fluid and it was a little low so I decided to gravity bleed the system for a few seconds and it worked. The truck went into gear fine and shifted perfectly until I shut it off and the next time I tried to drive it, same thing, it wouldn't go into gear. So i figured truck has alot of miles lets change the clutch master and slave. After installing the new parts and bleeding it worked great until the next morning when it again would not go into gear. Bled the sytem and it would work again. Park it and literally cycle the engine off and on and broken again. Now in order to not get stranded I float gears once the truck is moving. One time the truck started acting normal in the middle of a drive and was fine all the way home, but then would break again. I bought a vacuum bleeder and spent 6 hours yesterday trying to get the air out of the system but no matter what bubbles kept coming out and I couldnt get all the air out.

So I'm completely baffled as to what the problem is. Is it a bad clutch accumulator? Defective new part as in master or slabe cylinder? Is the pressure plate worn out and not disengaging the clutch. Why does bleeding fix it temporarily? Im completely stumped. Where is the air in the system coming from if there are no apparent leaks. Everything looks dry, nothing is shiny.

I ordered a clutch accumulator delete kit aka s2000 clutch line to try and eliminate a possible source of the problem. Im also gonna try some teflon tape on all of the hardlines to the master and slave.
