@Kwikvette good on ya for listening to the version of that song thats worth a damn though. Shinedown can go have a gnarled vocal chord/generic hard rock backing track competition with Five Finger Dick Pinch and Disturb(ed)ingly bad vocals.

Been here 10 years, it's not like I've always wanted to live out in the boonies...takes awhile living in one place to figure out you prefer something else.

One thing I won't do though is try avocados, I just know I won't and don't like them.

They're not a bad fruit, just a severely overhyped one. It's like eating mash potatoes without salt, there's no flavor to speak of just texture.

    Always the original

Next thing you know you'll ask me to listen to Careless Whisper by Seether

They did that? I haven't heard anything by Seether since 2006 or so I'd reckon.

For the life of me I'll never understand all the hype behind avocados...guacamole can be alright if it's made well but avocados by themselves is like eating a bland green mush. Gross

I liked their album "Finding Beauty in Negative Spaces"

Haven't really heard much after that though.

Their Careless Whisper song though was strictly by accident; I asked Google one day to play it and I was like who the fuck? It was Seether's version lol

@eon_blue wasn't there some maintenance you needed to do on your truck since you've had time off?

What time off lol...I went back to work a week ago and its been insane there trying to catch up on everything that got backed up for the 3 weeks I was off. That feels like it was a month ago already

But ya I got the slip yoke taken care of, replaced the poly bushings in leaf springs and changed most of the oil fluids...and got a much needed alignment. Other than that the only pressing thing is getting the timing belt done, got the kit just need to schedule it with the shop down the street.

If I had 3 weeks off without an infant to take care of or a sleep schedule to try and manage then there are probably a thousand things I would have tried to do lol.

Actually... if I had 3 weeks off just to myself I'd plan a long and remote wheeling/camping trip. Haven't had one in a long time

Knowing me I'll probably end up spilling some transmission fluid over again because of that :anonymous:
