No mud flaps, plasti dipped emblems, and rear bumper, Weather tech digital fit, Bed mat from tractor supply. Pioneer 4400BH head unit. B.A.M.F bed rail tie downs. AVS vent visors.
I sleep and do pretty much everything with a pair in, If I leave them out for too long they kinda close up. In the few hours I had to have them out for my surgery I went from a 0g to a 2g. I have used vitamin E oil ever since I got them done.

Aww come on Jay! You'd feel differently if you didn't have to do it everyday. While I admit there is some extra work involved and when things break it can get expensive and/or disastrous the benefits IMO far outweigh the work.

I pay a guy to come twice a month for maintenance and I do the rest. Nice to have him on call should a shitshow commence and to help with cleaning and balancing. I really enjoy being outside and find it relaxing and rewarding to keep the pool in pristine condition!

@Twizted has 2g... I technically have 8 that I can shove in on days I'm feeling like a hippie :D

He never takes his out, but I believe they were pierced at an 8 originally so that probably helps.

Try titanium, it's significantly lighter in weight and no smell.

Save for the past couple years, I always did the balancing and cleaning of the sides/bottom of the pool. That second part always took forever. Only one year we had a problem with balancing where everything was "balanced" but for some reason the clarity wasn't there. Just last year the heater took a crap though, so that was fun. My folks recently picked up one of these robot pool cleaners. It's cool to watch this little tank just drive itself around the bottom and even up the sides to the top of the pool, cleaning everything. Saves so much energy

I'd say it takes me about 90min per week to clean and balance. Have only had one failure of a 90 in the plumbing that spit water everywhere but that repair was less than $300.

We have an automatic cleaning system but don't use it since there's someone cleaning the pool every week. There's really only about six weeks (3 in the spring and 3 in the fall), where the pool is a PIA due to the trees around us. Otherwise it has been nothing but enjoyable.
