2020 SR5 4x2 V6 Quicksand DCSB - Minor Accessories and Upgrades

Hey Folks. I really am enjoying my first truck, my new 2020 Tacoma SR5 4x2. I admire many of the crazy awesome builds on here. I do not have any plans for any crazy upgrades / modifications with this my first truck (and a lease) but I wanted to document the small things I did for those who might be thinking of doing the same.

What I have in mind:

Axle Pinion Angle Shim (Done) - Rancho RS8125 2.5 Degree Axle Shim to hopefully reduce / eliminate rumble strip vibration : They worked!!!! Installed Pics below. 30mph down to 10mph rumble is pretty much gone!!! Freaking amazing for $14.00 to fix this issue. My all stock 2020 SR5 V6 4x2 DCSB truck drives smoother all together now! This did not require to remove the leaf bolt/pin and so it might not be recommend for hard core use since the leaf set pin is not set into the axle now. I torqued my U Bolt Nuts to ~57 foot pounds. I paint marked the brackets and u bolts to reinstall everything the best I could back into the exact same position as factory.

Bed Cover (Done) - inexpensive Tyger Auto Tri Folding Soft from Amazon with great ratings : Installed pics below - it is very nice quality and is well worth the money for the quality and installation ease.

Mud Flaps (Done) - inexpensive oEdRo Upgraded OEM Style from Amazon with great ratings : Installed pics below - they are very nice quality and fit excellent.

Tail Gate Raised Letters Chrome (Done) - inexpensive Cootack 3D Raised from Amazon with great ratings : Installed pics below - they look good and fit well. I hope the double side tape lasts!

Decals - Taco Troopers Retro monochrome stripes just because they look super cool! (Soon!)

Windshield Sun Visor - not sure which one yet but will probably get from Amazon (Soon!)

Subwoofer to go behind the seat - going to use

Rockford Fosgate P300-8P self powered 8inch. I had a 10 inch version in the past and it worked great (Soon!)

Here is the truck all stock and it came with the Predator Side Steps which I really like.
