    I’m doin good:) Boys leg is 100% and he’s training for his next fight. It’s gonna be a tough one for him. Hoping he doesn’t take too much damage in this one. The shoulder is kind of angry with me but I can deal with it. My AMIT Dr. is going to see me Saturday. She alwAys gets the kinks out so I’m looking forward to that!

    It was kind of a fluky thing, he’s been kicked harder. He has also been kicked hard since then with no issues. He was in south paw stance when that happened. This next opponent doesn’t fight south paw. For the opponent to target that leg he will have to cross over into Austin’s territory pretty closely which is never a good idea for any fighter.

    AMIT- advanced muscle integration technique.
    It was the only type of therapy that got me back on track.
