Honestly my DL was shit compared to all my other lifts. I can still DL 520 at 180lb which tells you i should have been doing way more in college.

 

no, i graduated in 2010. All i did through out high school was race dirt bikes every weekend. motocross and harescrambles tried to continue that as long as I could and just did sell my race bike a few weeks ago.

2012 - 2017 main hobby was lifting, but when I moved up here to pelham, working 10 hours regular job, plus weekends with garage doors, and having my dogs to take care of I usually only dedicate 45 minutes to an hour working out now and that's 3 days a week i'd love to do 5, i'm just not back into it well enough yet. I have 5-50lbs dumbbells and a super nice rogue bar, but only enough rubber weights to go up to about 305 lbs.

 

weight loss is all about diet man. You cant out train a bad diet. But if your happy the way you are than its nobody place to judge! Unless it is affecting your health

I agreed to run the Rocket City Marathon with Jeannie this year in December. I don't know how all the running and lifting weights is going to take a toll on my body. The Krav Maga training is definitely kicking my ass as well! I'd like to go up to where @Thunder Fist trains in B'ham and see what it's all about.

He's young!

 

I’ll never be able to lift weights without shoulder surgery so being tall and slim is inevitable. Weight lifting for me will basically never happen but I could quit being lazy and at least get toned up and lose pot belly. However, I’m 13 years happily married and neither my wife nor myself are in top notch shape

 

I use to be in shape a long time ago now with torn rotator cuffs, herniated discs, bad knees and elbows, and arthritis in my hands that stuff hurts too much. I've just been blessed with good genes.

 

If you're happily married, that's all that matters! I'm happily married to my best friend from middle school!

 

I didn’t know my wife in school. I moved to Michigan then Georgia then back home to Alabama. Ended up meeting while she was training for a job position within the company I work for. I never asked her for her number or anything and on her last day she gave me her number. The next day I was asked to work on a Saturday at another facility to help out and she called me 6/7 times. Since I don’t carry a phone at work I finally got the chance to call her back after work. Still give her a hard time today about it !
