Just picked up an OEM fuel tank skid to replace the original on my 04 which rusted into nothingness ages ago followed some years later by the frame...Toyota replaced the frame but I decided to not replace the skid...Kind of bothered me that it wasn't there, hence my decision to replace it...Now I need to find the bolts to secure it to the mount points, and can't seem to find any information on the size...I have some new OEM bolts for the front skid I have to dig up, any idea if they are the same? Any help re bolt size would be greatly appreciated...Thanks

Been a while since I've dropped a tank. Only actually did it on my 96 4Runner. Diagram for the Tacoma below.

I know that 1.25 is a common pitch for the Toyotas. So maybe 8x1.25??

if you don't find the part # i can probably dig my paper up somewhere, i just got new ones with a blasted and powdercoated fuel shield last year
it was fun taking that off with WD40 brown drizzle down all over my person, putting it back on was even more difficult

but i see the part #s are on the diagram there most likely

I grinded the bolts off when I dropped the tank on my 4Runner. It lived most of it's life in Michigan.

If you have the part #'s for the rear bolts that would be great...Bit of a discrepancy with the diagram and the part # shown for said bolts...Curious, what made the reinstall a challenge...

one-man army trying to hold up the center with my head so i could start the bolts that were quite a reach & spread far apart, i also smothered anti seize on the threads which made it messy

i will look for the sheet
just 4 bolts but 2 are different lengths

    edit...
assuming your 04 is the same setup as 97 xtracab those #s are correct but only need 2 and not 3?? for the rear

    2 * 91641-80814
    2 * 90080-11180
