I have an ARE camper shell with sliding side windows and it leaks. The water collects into the window slider then drips on the bed rail where it clamps then on the floor. I’ve resealed the windows by taking them apart and putting butyl tape, ive siliconed around the outside of the window pretty much everywhere water could get it. Has anyone else had this problem with their windows?

My old BacPac High Rise (plastic) shell had windows that did this. There were a couple rectangular slots at the bottom of the exterior frame on each window that let a little water out that seeped between the seal and outside window pane, but they were insufficient to keep up with a downpour which caused water to flow over the inside rail as you described. I added several extra slots to aid the few that were added stock and this fully fixed the problem. I made the slots with a Dremel thin cut wheel and squared them off with a square jeweler's file. I colored the ground aluminum slot sides with a Sharpie, and it looked and functioned better than new.

I have a LEER 122 now, and it has more slots at the window exterior bottoms similar to what I described above, so it may be a design problem that won't fix itself.
