and with a 3 inch lift you wont need to do any trimming on a 2016. my tires are 275/70/17 and come out to just about a half inch shorter and thinner. ive seen seen guys put on 295 and still have minimal rubbing. if you get the full 3 inch in the front you will will be fine

Having 3" lift on 3rd gen is same as having 4" lift on 2nd gen. You would have nearly no down travel of the wheel as your strut would be almost fully extended. Vibration of cv joints and premature wear. Upper ball joint would be under lots of streets(bepends what ucas you have)
Any rear AAL if fine, no need for leaf pack. You can get 3 leaf AAL that are supposedly smother, comment about "far from ideal" that would be alignment with stock ucas having 2.25" lift. If you get ucas go for SPC LR adjustable. Also be careful what advise you take because some are not familiar with 3rd gens. You should be ok clearing those 285/75 16 again on stock ucas or SPC any othe non adjustable will give you rubbing.
    I'm running 285/65 18

That's great to hear! Thanks to all for the insight. Also, I know she's been mentioned before but Marie over at HeadStrong is good people! I'll have no problem letting them lighten my wallet when the time comes.

Looking nice, I am still working on my build. I still need to put on new front and rear bumpers. I am looking at a total of 2 to 2 1/2 inch lift. I do like the blue color too!
