This morning, a girl at my school said my lights are to bright and told me to turn them off when I get into my assigned parking spot. Remember, this girl is not in her assigned spot but parks there anyway.

Just to clarify, I be nice by not keeping my headlamps on when I don’t need them on, so when I park in parking spots, I turn off the low beams and turn the parking lights on DUH (I keep the fog lights off when parked).

Also, my headlights are aftermarket and the aftermarket DRL is actually dimmer than the OEM set.

and again, the DRL dims even more when the parking lights are on, therefore barely noticeable even at night.
In the pictures, the DRLs look brighter that’s because it’s raining lol




It was also somewhat light outside when this happened.

So when you park in parking spots, why do you need any lights on at all? No requirement to use 'parking lights' when parked.
