Morimoto 2Stroke 2.0 vs Diode Dynamics SL1 vs Lasfit

Hi. I know there has been a lot of talk on here about LED headlights but i haven't been able to get my questions answered by looking into old threads.

I am considering either the DD SL1, Morimoto 2.0, or Lasfit. I am mainly concerned with the distance these lights throw.

Anybody running these lights that have input would be greatly appreciated.

 

My wife had the morimoto led's in her Nissan rogue. They were better than what the rogue came with but didn't throw all that far.

 

I haaate premixing fuel so I stay away from 2 strokes now a days.

 

If you're going to go LED, go with these, they're cheaper and have better output than any of the other LED headlights, also they're cheaper

If you're concerned with throw, then you're shooting yourself in the foot with LEDs. They are brighter near and wide, dimmer than stock straight ahead.

 

That is, unless you retro in an LED projector. Then it would be great!

 

That's what im afraid of. I guess for now i will probably just stick with the stock halogen. Thanks

 

I just ran Berdoo Canyon Trail at midnight over the weekend with these in the low beam with stock high beams...they worked great and lit up everything I needed to see.
