Entune Radio does not work with Iphone

    2018 Tacoma I bought the truck new. While playing the radio it no longer turns off via the power button. Will not work with Iphone 6 or 7 keeps going on and off. Took it to the dealership because of warranty. They ordered and installed a new radio and started having the same problem as soon as I drove off the dealership lot. The new radio will not turn off nor can I set the clock. If I leave my phone with the Bluetooth off the radio will work but still turns off on occasions. Is there any solution other than going to aftermarket?

    So the radio works with Bluetooth off but does the Bluetooth work too? I also have and iPhone 6 for my 17 OR

    Turn off the contact sync in Entune. At least that's what fixed this issue for me.
