    off-road/mud/trail tires are full retard is why. 60lb tires and 30lb wheels murder drivetrains. You cant have mass-produced models dragging down fleet-numbers because E-rated ko2's are popular online. It honestly makes more sense to have an "off-road wheel/tire set" one would inter-change like they would a winter wheel set, than to drive full-time on mud-tires, let alone make them OEM. 100k miles of street-driven mud-tire vibration has greater effects on the vehicles longevity than anyone realizes. 90% of the off-road community is for show.

    yeah I didn't say lets go throw toyo m/ts on show room trucks. a nice c load toyo a/t or cooper at3 would even be a nice upgrade and they really don't weigh anymore than a h/t tire and ride the same. Drivetrain strain? highly doubt it with an a/t tire.
