I think I am running a setup really close to what you are describing with sliders, skids, streamline bumper and winch (except on a 2nd gen) and I have the 6112/5160 combo.

Based on my experience and again what I think your plan for your truck is, the recommendation for 700lb and even 650lb springs seem like overkill to me. Also not sure why you think you can't run the stock 6112 springs. Consider sticking with the stock 600lb springs that come with the 6112s if you do go the Bilstein route and you can always go with stiffer springs after if you think you need it. I am betting you won't.

Read/reread the great link that @Norilsk provided... https://accutuneoffroad.com/articles/coilover-spring-rates-for-toyota-tacoma-4runner/

Those mods are likely to weigh a lot more than the 150lbs you suggested but within the 400lb recommendation from Accutune. I think the stock 6112 spring is a 14" but someone will correct me if it's not.

If it means anything @Norilsk ran the foxes with an arb and he said the coils weren't heavy enough. He switched to 700lb coils. They're yours though.

Stock 3rd gen front axle weight is about 120 lb heavier than 2nd gen, but that isn't the reason to with 700 lb springs. 700 lb springs stiffens the truck's roll rate sufficiently that you can delete the sway bar, which gives a big increase in front end articulation off road. There's also reduced dive under braking and reduced understeer in steady-state cornering.

In my experience, tires actually make the biggest difference in ride quality. Going from 650 lb to 700 lb springs affects ride quality negligibly vs. going from P-metric to load range C tires.
