I am 5' 9" and about 175 lbs. I have no issues with the seat (Limited, leather). They are perfectly comfortable to me. Just one data point, I guess. I have done 500 miles straight, with no issues (more than once).

Edit: I have a fat wallet and it goes in the center console for anything longer than 1/2 an hour.

Unfortunately no ones opinion matters, every car I’ve owned had forums full of people who loved and hated the seats.

I voted "adequate", but to be honest I haven't done a long trip with mine.

Thankfully, I don't have Leather seats!!!!!

Seat became more comfortable to me when I backed off the manual lumbar support ('19 OR). I'm 6'1/180 and long drives do cause some some lower back and rump fatigue but not outrageously so. Do wish I had the power seat though...

4'11", 95-100lbs with a bony ass here; drove from Maryland to Alabama in 15 hours in one go (I took a few short naps at rest stops on the way before anyone jumps on me...) and that driver's seat was killing me about two hours in. Had to stop and get a gel cushion at a walmart, seems to have done the trick. '19 OR with cloth seats.

    Working on it ...
2019 Sport. Leather and heated. I find seats to be very comfortable even on very long trips. Certainly more comfortable than my 2002 off road cloth seats.

I was told the sport seats were harder to get in and out of. Not sure if that person had been drinking that day but I find no difference and no issue getting in an out of the seats than any of the other ones.

    No complaints with my seats.

$200 at a local upholstery shop, they carved out a bucket on the seat foam's underside, and i can sink into the seat and drive for days, super comfy. before my right thigh would predictably go numb in about an hour and stay that way.
