Best Place to Eat in Your Hometown?

So I am originally from Belpre, Ohio/Parkersburg, Wv and we have this joint in P-burg called "the Pizza Place". I know real original, however their pizza is some of the best I have ever had anywhere in the world (NY/Cali/Chicago/Europe).

The food in the restaurant is good, but the bakery next door is "slap your mama good". They made my daughters wedding cake. Most wedding cakes LOOK good but taste like crap. This cake was GOOD.

-are brown
-brought up on homemade Mexican food, mom still makes homemade tortillas
