    You might have a tear in the driver’s side outer boot. It looks wet.

    Looks like you have about an inch of down travel.

    I'm exaggerating, but that looks like more than 3" lift. At lot of preload will give you a stiff ride.

    Yessir you are way cranked up with probably almost no down travel at all. Set the 5100s to 0 or with the 3" coil and you will be set. Should be ok to re-use the snap ring.

    Once you get the clip on the bottom setting it will ride much better.
