My boss wants me to sell this Toyota V8 he has. He doesn't know anything about it nor do I. Which V8 is this and what did they come installed in? I need to know what it is before I can research its value and its condition. Thank you.

Looks to be a 4.7. Out of a Tundra, perhaps?

It definitely looks like a 4.7. It could also be out of a 4th gen 4Runner.

A little of this and a little of that.
It looks like a 4.7L. Those were available in ‘03-‘09 4Runners and first generation Tundras, ‘00-‘06. They may have been available in some Lexus models as well.

FWIW, those are timing belt engines.
