What’s going on everyone, long time lurking, first time posting.

My question to anyone reading this is what LEDs/HIDs are you running in your 2016-2019 Tacomas? I’ve got a 2018 SR5 and am looking to make the switch to LEDs or HIDs. I know there is a thread on this but it’s a lot of information to sort through with a ton of conflicting comments and I’m just looking for quick responses. I’m looking for something that will fit well in the SR5 headlight unit already installed (for now) that will just have a better light output. Any help would be great. Looking to change low, high, and fogs. Not much of a budget, just want to know what will work best.

    Thanks for the help.

Is this your review? lol, anyways how do you like them? Easy plug and play? My bulbs are still OEM in my 2017 and i've been looking to replace them with a good set that won't blind oncoming cars, I know LEDs don't belong in a halogen lamp, but gotta compromise

""I am member of a globally recognized forum called TacomWorld and a very active member in a very popular 3rd Gen LED Conversion thread. A bunch of us over there that have bought these bulbs and everyone is very pleased with them, myself included. Installation is easy and the result is incredible. I have since bought two more of these bulbs and a package of their license plate bulbs.

I am running these bulbs in both my low and high beams and I am 100% satisfied and recommend them to anyone with the same type of vehicle.

I've included a After photograph showing the the Hikari Philips Low Beam and High Beam.""

See the Hikari Ultras covered in post #3 (with a bunch of other LEDs) in the thread below. LEDs lack focus which reduces their distance projection. The Hikaris are the only ones tested to perform better than stock at distance.

Same, but HID for lows and fogs for about the last four years.

No that's not my review. I generally don't leave reviews. However, these things are awesome. They are plug and play. So easy to install The cutoff from these bulbs are amazing.
