A strata is a type of ownership though. That can apply to any type of building that has multiple ownerships. It give everyone equal responsibility to the shared structures and grounds for upkeep and maintenance.

Oh, no worries, dude... It was a post a guy made about having one of his wheels stolen off his truck while parked in his nicely gated strata, & everyone was like “wtf?” about the word strata, & no one really cared that his wheel was stolen. It was another pretty good thread.
