Nice build! I'm looking at a camper for my Tacoma OR DCLB. Looking for options to sleep 2 adults, 2 children. Good luck!

Thanks! Just getting started. Hopefully this one goes faster then the last one. Lots of options out there these days for campers!

I did! Ive always kind of lusted for a fwc but never wanted to drop 20k for a new one and used ones were priced pretty similar. Ended up coming across this one for a steal of a deal ( i think ). Couldn't pass it up. Wife is happier too having more living space then just the shell.

Installed hondo vent mount and roller ipad mini ram mount. Probably going to change this up for expedition essentials mount at some point to have the power usb ports for a cleaner look.

Decided to remove the roll over couch. We dont really have a use for it being its the 2 of us and we hate how it blocks the window. Trying to figure out how we want to lay out the storage and seating. Leaning towards a L shape from the base of the bed over to the window. Plans to mount a lagun table once we get the seating dialed in.

Firestone Air bags are on! Didn’t take to many pics as i was in a hurry and it was pretty much a pain in the butt job. Put 30psi in them and going to let them sit over night and see if i loose any air.

not 100% set on where i want to mount the fill/drain ports. So for now i used some fender washers and mounted them under each side of the bed in some factory holes. I kind of like this location. Easy to access didnt have to drill any holes and its out of the eyes of any people that like to cause mischief.

Love your setup. I have the same truck (2018) and want to get the same topper. Keeping the suspension stock, changing the tires, are the firestone airbags enough to keep the truck level etc.?

Thanks! Still have a whole book planned but definitely trying to get the somewhat necessities and camping stuff first. And yea i just loaded the FWC back on tonight and pumped the bags up. Have the bags about 25psi has the truck sitting perfectly level. Haven't drove it yet but should feel a world of difference.

Great. Hoping to just use the airbags and keeping the suspension stock. It seems like every time i’ve started messing with suspension mods in the past one problem always led to another....

You may want to consider adding the Daystar Air Bag Cradle with your Firestone Air Bags. Let’s your suspension strech a little more and only cost like 60 dollars

I definitely plan too. Couldn't really order it all at once as the wife was already keeping a close eye on the bank acc with the hit from the FWC and the airbags at once  will be adding them soon tho!

Updated the fwc today. Had some left over floor from a house remodel worked out to be just enough. Also covered the front of the storage cabinets in carpet. Gives it a cozier feel and have a place to stick patches. Bought the roll of carpet at lowes for $20 and applied it with locktite ultra strength spray adhesive. And added a simple molding to go around the floor and help secure the carpet. I think i might add an aluminum corner protector along the top edge. Overall pretty pleased with the upgrade for about $35
