Here you go. Almost that exact scenario. Guy throws cigarette back at girl who threw it out the window. He then goes into Starbucks. She calls boyfriend, tells him what happened. He goes into Starbucks and sucker punches the guy. The guy falls back smashing head on counter. Dies 2 days later. The boyfriend gets 2 years for manslaughter.

 

So, Here We go again, starting another 24 Hours on this,

I’ve been in a similar cigarette-based scenario minus the death. When I got out of my truck and got within feet of the guy, he pulled a gun, stopped me right in my tracks. Then pulled a badge. I got lucky, he let me off with a smirk, and I walked back to my truck. Well played. I learned a good lesson.
