Anyone know the part number for lower rear seatbelt bolt

    Anyone know the part number for passenger side lower rear seatbelt bolt? Its the one in the center on the floor. Cant find it on any dealer sites. 2017 DCSB Sport.

    just pull the other one and go to Ace with it - they will have what you need. The mother ship will be 4x what Ace is for the $

    Bolts from the hardware store wont be strong enough. Not something I'm willing to chance with kids.

    pretty sure grade 8 bolts are fine for seat belts

    Sometimes they have weird shoulders and diameters. OP just go to the dealer and let the parts guy tell you. Or call em. How the hell did u lose a bolt anyway?

    Actually I cross threaded it. Not that bad though. If I knew the thread and pitch I would just run it through a die.

    ??? so the hardware store does not have the same grade bolt as factory? Pretty sure they do if you ask. Strength of Materials would say the weak link is the fabric of the belt as apposed to the harness loop which is connected to the bolt. Seat belts, which should always be used, cause significant bodily damage especially to young and elderly when in an accident. If the bolt fails, which would be from shear, tinsel failure, or pull-out from thread failure, it is likely no one, child or adult, would survive. I agree you should replace in-kind.
