Just as the title says I got an idle roller bolt on my taco that won’t budge, it’s a pretty tight space but was wondering if anyone of you got some ideas on what I could use or do to get that thing out of there

Shoot it with a penetrating oil, then let it sit for a while. Tap it lightly a few times on top of the bolt, and try turning it again.

Be Good to know what you have tried already ?

If possible a few good smacks on the head after soaking with your favorite penetrating spray .

And BTW, WD40 doesn't count as a penetrant. Just in case that's where you were going...............

If room, a piece of pipe over the handle of your breaker bar will do wonders.

A 18” or 24” breaker bar comes in handy on occasion

Leverage, penetrating oil and heat....in that order.

If the first two fail (and it’s safe to get a torch on it) an oxygen/acetylene torch with a fine heating tip will always do the trick.

Replaced stock radio with a Pioneer AVH series head unit. Focal component system w/a 10" sub powered by 2 Alpine amps. Weathertech floor mats. Line-X'd the bed. SCS Ray 10’s, Installed an A.R.E. MX series camper shell. All-Pro Apex front bumper w/ All-Pro skid plates all the way back to the Trans. Low Range fuel skid plate.
Douse it in Aerokroil overnight, Give it a good tap, long breaker bar. Little heat on the bolt might help also.

    Heat FTW!
I've had bolts that would not budge with a 24" breaker bar, heated the bolt and came right off.

I like all the longer leverage ideas because your not removing the broken bolt.

I have broken way to many bolts with just a long 3/8" ratchet this is only a M8 bolt if I am thinking of the correct one.

I sold these while I was working at JS Products. Expensive solution yes, but you only buy the tool once

I vote for heating with oxy/acc. or map gas . But if that is not possible Kroil is the best stuff in my experience. The induction heating tool above might be a good investment...... I am thinking about one..

    These things rock.
However, I'd recommend Induction Innovations. Haven't seen one of those fail when with heavy shop use.

50/50 mix of ATF and acetone. Give it plenty of time. Then apply the leverage.
