My 2019 was hit in the front as I was backing into a parking spot. Not gonna get into detail... got my truck back all new front end including lights, bumper, grill etc. Just put new tires and wheels on two weeks before and rode smooth as glass. Now, I get a shake at 40mph and up and it doesn't go away. Doesn't feel like out of balance tires... question is what could cause that? I honestly dont remember the hit or how hard it was cause I was just pissed but according to the shop it wasn't that bad. $7500 in repairs. Going back to the shop which is the best shop in town plus I have friends there as well so I know it's in good hands but what could cause the shake all the sudden?

Check the torque on the lug nuts.

Truck was absolutely perfect before I got hit. Gonna take it back this week but now I'm worried what else is messed up.

Did the damage reach the front tires at all?

    Some ideas:

    - Axle runouts
    - Bent driveshaft and/or CV
    - Engine mount(s)
    - Tires out of balance

Not at all. Front end once taken apart looked totally fine! 2nd pic in original post was all plastic and parts removed. Just doesn't make sense. Truck was hit more towards the driver side front at an angle... dont see how the frame could be tweaked after a small collision like that...

Can you expound on how the shaking feels? In the steering wheel? In the seat? All speeds above 40? :notsure:
