I would personally go spacers. Ive had them on my truck for the last 9 months almost and have had 0 problems. I have done some fairly moderate offroading and they have held up great. Its easy, cheap, and if youre only looking for an inch of lift then you cant really go wrong with it. I have 2.5” of lift and havent had a need for the ECGS bearing so i would be highly surprised if you do. Plus, I wouldn’t want to replace brand new factory shocks with 5100s, but thats just my opinion, take it with a grain of salt.

Let's say I'd like to go up 1-1/2" on all four corner without spacers or blocks.
What's the best options to achieve that?
I'm still debating if the truck would look better level or keeping the stock rake angle.

    Allrighty. I'll do that.
I'm just trying to get it straight in my head before I make the call so I can talk to them intelligently.
    Thanks bud.

You can use the 5100's in the front and set the clip according to desired lift using the factory coils. Or use OME or similar aftermarket coils, must research and understand what your finished/ desired result can be. In the rear if you are looking to lift you will need blocks or AAL to lift rear. Many of these have been covered on the forum. I know its a lot of reading.
Best suggestion is above as mentioned call Headstrong and discuss you wants with them they will guide you and answer your questions.

Ya, it just seems to me you’d get a nicer ride if you achieved the lift with new coils and leaf springs along with some quality shocks. It wouldn’t be the most economical but it should ride nice.
    Is this correct?

I used 5100’s and factory coils set on 3rd clip 1.1” of lift. My ride is slightly firmer due to the valving difference in the 5100’s. My coils are not “preloaded” or compressed anymore then when on the factory shock. My end result is a nicer ride than my softer (difference in valving) OEM Bilstein shock.
I also achieved a 1” lift in the front, leveling my truck.
A bit of misleading information out there about the way 5100’s work with factory coils.
Research plan and you will accomplish what it is you want with your truck!
    Enjoy!
