I’ve noticed weather cracking on my tires that are less then a year old and only 5k miles. Idk if I should try warranty these.

You're trying to say that tread wear is from 5k miles? Who's your dealer and can I get some?

I have almost 15k on mine and have 2x the tread, something isn't right

5k miles? Closer to 45k with how much tread is left.

    Edit: Go check the DOT

Those look older than one year....and definitely more mileage than 5k! Are you sure they weren't used when you purchased those tires???? That tread depth looks crappy!

They still have the feelers on the sidewall, I'd go with bad alignment

What is the date of manufacture? It's on the sidewall.

Tire manufacturers will typically warrantee this type of issue up to four years from the date the tire was manufactured provided the cracks are more than surface deep. Check the date code off the tire and put in a claim. Nothing new all rubber loses its elasticity due to chemicals and the environment.

I had this on SL wildpeaks. This is 3k. Then got progressively worse. Had terrible cracking/splitting on mine over the next few thousand. Replaced at 9k. Problem was they wore so fast they were a third of the way worn down by 8k. Yours look like they have 20k on them and been drifting all day.

They are not 10 ply, I purchased them new and actually mounted them myself.... they still have 11/32 or tread could just be the angle of the pic

Installed April 13, 2019.... 5000 miles just about exactly on them and the date code shows 38th week of 2018.

The tread wear is definitely deceptive, but tire rot (call it what you will) on a one year old tire, isn't acceptable. I can't imagine any pushback on getting those warrantied out.
As mentioned, looks like a 10 year old tire.. and I've seen 10 year old tires that looked a lot better.

The tires on my 15 year old 4wheeler that have never been replaced look better than those. I'd be pissed after only 5k miles!
