I have a squeak coming from the bottom of the truck, I know it’s not the shocks because I just had them replaced as well as the lower and upper control arms. Has anyone had a similar situation and a way to fix it? Never had this issue on my 93 T100.

Look for any new shiny spots near where you hear the sound coming from, something could be slightly rubbing. Best if you have another person give the truck a shake while you're under it..just wear glasses or you will get crap in your eyes. Good luck!

2nd.. If you're running Dakars... get used to it. :anonymous:

Did the "squeak" start after installation of the new shocks and UCAs ?

That's never worked for me. Lucas motorcycle chain lube works wonders though.

Chain lube and most lubricants should work fine as long as there reapplied periodically, nothing last. I like FF because it’s not petroleum based. It’s worked fine for me.
