Is 2" old man emu leaf springs the same as having 2" lift blocks in the rear?

I have a 2015 Tacoma TRD Sport with a 1.5" lift in the front (Rancho) and 2" lift blocks in the rear on factory leaf springs. I would like to replace the lift blocks with the old man emu 2" lift leaf springs but im not sure if it would bring it to the same height, higher or lower than where it is now.

Have anybody done this to their Taco and what was the outcome.

Dakars will net you around 2 inches, depending on the weight you have loaded in the truck. EL095R Dakars will suit you if you dont carry a constant load, EL096Rs will work with a constant load in the back.

I usually dont carry constant loads except in the winter time when I carry sand bags for traction.

Adding a 3 pack (progressive) add a leaf would help but the true replacement is a new set of leaf packs. Most are 1.5-2" unless states

What U-Bolts are required for EL095R or EL096R?
