2002 DBL Cab E brake parts

I have a used 2002 dbl cab and the E brake system is missing a few parts. I have the pedal, the cable going to the bracket and the bracket but nothing else. I believe the parts I need are NOT interchangeable with a standard or ext cab.

Can someone confirm the interchangeable nature of the e brake parts?
Can someone offer some suggestions for a place to source these seemingly hard-to-find parts can be found?

E-brake pedal??

I'm not aware of any 1st gen Tacoma that has a pedal. They're all the pull handles under the steering column.

The pedal threw me as well I was thinking something brought home built over seas

That for the most the US Market never saw.
