The same shit everyone else has.
All said and done, I have 20$ into. It’s just a mix of Chinese eBay parts.

there isn't enough thickness of the plastic to insert something like a threaded insert is there? I just mounted a vice on my workbench using some threaded inserts and knobs so that I could remove it when I wanted to. put a little epoxy in the wood to get her to grip and not back out, but I just dont know how thick this plastic is.

Something else I have been looking at is the Ram Mount Tough-Track in 5" or 9" length. I personally do not want to drill into the dash because that is a lot of commitment to a system. With the track its suggested that it be mounted with fasteners but I have been considering ordering it and mounting with with VHB tape or something similar. I just did a trek from Florida to Alaska over 30 days with a Ipad mounted to the dash with a cheap 3" sticky suction cup. I had no problems but the Ipad was resting sightly on the Radio Bezel. With the track I should be able to add my phone and mount for my Hand held radio.
